Help your wife cope with post pregnancy stress

1. Keep some time aside just for both of you. And during this time, try not to talk about the baby.

2. Whenever you call up, don’t just ask about the kid. Try and find out about your wife and also share interesting incidents that will divert her attention.

3. On weekends, tell her that she can spend some time on her own while you will be taking care of the baby.


4. Surprise her with some pampering sessions at the spa. Let her feel that she is beautiful.


5. Take her out for long drives and dinners. Go for films and shopping. Don’t just limit yourself to buying baby stuffs when out.


6. Call up her friends and arrange for a surprise party at your place. Cook her favourite dishes for the same and treat her like royalty.
